Thank you for choosing Theta Chemicals. We are committed to your satisfaction and to providing high-quality laboratory chemicals and consumables. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days from the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used chemicals.

Custom or made-to-order items.

Hazardous materials classified under applicable regulations.

Products requiring controlled storage conditions or with limited shelf life.

Items not in their original packaging or with missing safety seals.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@thetachemicals.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions, including our return address.
Please do not return items to the manufacturer or without prior authorization.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14–30 business days.
Refunds are subject to deduction of original shipping and handling costs, unless the return was due to our error or a defective item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank or credit card account.

Contact your credit card provider—processing delays may occur.

Contact your bank to confirm receipt.
If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thetachemicals.com.
6. Sale and Promotional Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refund. Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final and non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@thetachemicals.com and send the item to the provided return address.
Please include your original order number and clear evidence of the damage.
8. Shipping Returns
Return items must be shipped to the designated address provided by our support team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
9. Compliance Notice
As we supply laboratory-grade materials, please ensure all returns comply with local, national, and international regulations governing the transport of chemical goods. Items returned without proper safety documentation or labeling will be rejected.
